13 days back Jio fiber internet stopped working. I raised a complaint, engineer visited after 8 days and said it is long distance connection so need to cancel the connection which I have been using from past 3 years and get a new JIO Air Fiber. For which I agreed and paid Rs. 807. Engineer didn't even check the feasibility and placed order. Installation engineer came after 3 days and said there is no coverage and need to cancel the order. I have been following up for cancellation of old account and refund of advance payment and also new connection cancellation and refund but nor the engineers or their managers are responding to my calls or messages. I have raised complaint to JIO care and Nodel officer but there is no response from them as well. Please help as I have wasted my time and money and didn't get the refund yet.
