On the date of 30/03/2025 Jioiber team contact myself Mahika Goswami (30) for internet connect, i agreed for connection. They assured installation on 31/03/2025. Ashish installation techinician came on the same day 31/03/2025 and charged payment by confirming order by KYC registration and payment of Rs. 1111 in Credpay UPI and assured installation will be completed in 1-2hrs. After some time he told us that there is no port so they cannot proeed with the installation. SO we asked for the refund and proceed the cancellation as we wanted jiofiber only. He told us it will get cancelled automatically and we will get the refund in 10 days. but today on 6th May 2025 it's more than 30 days now. we are not able to reach the customer care as they have automated the whole support system be it chat mail or calls. The technician and the agent are saying they have escalated the issue but there is no response. I went through mental stress & trauma while contacting & following as a constumer . I request you file a complaint against jiofiber team. I did the mail also and attached the screenshot of the payment but got the automated reply again. Please help me.

Orissa - Sambalpur - RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM LIMITED JIO FIBER V/S RONAK AGRAWAL

Ronak Agrawal purchased a Jio connection from Jio company by paying an amount of Rs. 4241/- as cost of six month connection on 08.08.2023. Ronak Agrawal called the customer care of Jio company on to cancel the connection, Jio company’s customer care executive agreed to cancel connection and told that balance unused amount will be refunded as Ronak Agrawal used connection for one month but the subscription fees was paid for six month. Connection was cancelled saying refund will be granted. When no refund granted, then Ronak Agrawal requested to restart it but connection was not restarted. Ronak Agrawal raised Two more complains but no any solution provided by company.

Jio Fiber directed to refund the rest un-use amount to the Complainant and to pay Rs. 15,000/- towards negligence, deficiency in service as Compensation and Rs. 10,000/- towards cost & litigation expenses to the Complainant within 30 days from the date of order, failing which the whole amount will further carry with 9% interest per annum till realization.
