Littlebox India – Repeated Delivery Delay and No Proper Response

I placed an order on 2nd July 2025 with Littlebox India (Order ID: 1227471). At the time of ordering, I was informed that the dispatch would happen by 13th July. However, the date kept getting postponed — first to 15th, and now to 18th — without any valid reason or proper explanation.

I had ordered this dress well in advance because I need it before a specific date and wanted to have time for an exchange if needed. Despite multiple follow-ups via their app, WhatsApp, email (customercare@littleboxindia.com, riya@littleboxindia.com), and Instagram, there has been no resolution or firm commitment.

I’m frustrated by the poor customer service and lack of accountability. I am requesting urgent action, including immediate dispatch and improved communication.

This complaint is being submitted as no other support channels have been effective.

Hii I had recently placed a order from a online brand littlebox india on 5th of September and received my parcel on 11th of September and upon receiving a parcel i opted for return immediately on not liking the overall fit with the tags attached and perfect condition sending them a photo proof..the brand told me they needed 48 for verification yet I have not received any updates and they are not responding to my messages on WhatsApp and Instagram..i have even raised a ticket in their official app but no response yet now.

I placed an order (#1548159) for my sister using my account, but now that I need to return the parcel, the order has completely disappeared from my “Orders” section. On top of that, their support is absolutely unresponsive; no replies on email, WhatsApp, nowhere.
Honestly, I never expected this level of negligence. If I had to rate @littleboxindia, I’d give them a solid negative score. Truly disappointing experience.
 
Hi iam ananyya jain and I have ordered one dress price 868+ dilevery charge but two times I have written my address but they taken wrong address now it's ordered in wrong address and on that time only I have raised ticket but no response from littlebox clothing brand side this is not fare na it has been 1& half day gone I have complain and raise ticket but no response and no refund

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
i had odered leopard printed mary jane wprth rupees 899 and its came and its not fitting its too loose and i had a option of exchanging size and i had exchange and i haven’t get till today my rxxchange pickup jas picked up on 2nd december… i’m tring to ask to little box but no one is responding…. no reply nothing…….. its fraudd they had eaten my 899 money
 
Hi i am Iba i placed an order for a dress, but i cancelled it the same day within an hour, yet i have still received my order and i dont want it i keep reaching out to the customer care service of little india they are not responding! I cancelled my order twice yet i still had to pay the price. And now i am trying to return the order they are not responding i had to pay 798rupees.

I am Rudraa, I’m trying contact with customer support on WhatsApp but no one is replying on time , they reply me and haven’t solve the I wanted to solve please go through this things.

Also I wanted to change my email id from voucher has it is incorrect to my original email id that rudrapawar2004@gmail.com is this correct gmail and incorrect email is (rudrapawar2004@gamil.com) as you can see the gmail spelling it is (gamil) correct is ( gmail).

Please so through this issues that Im trying to solve from 4 5 days I want to order clothes otherwise it will be no use and I’ll lose my money too.
 
I have also placed the order on 12th dec and till now there is no update. i have paid the amount and i have raised the ticket for refund by there have been no response.
please help get the money back
