I purchased a suit set from Littlebox and before purchase I enquired about returns. I was informed returns are possible but was not informed of the refund would be in the form of voucher. Now when I have ordered the regular size that I normally order online. Their size was vague.. size 38 was tight on Hips okay understandable..but sleeves was longer than as on the image...pants were fitting well but way too wide and long..if pants could fit then why the coat didnt fit on Hips.
So how can I buy any other product. Why should any brand force us to buy their products. Refund means refund.. if I am not happy why would I buy again. And seeing reviews which are not too good why should I buy again.
Had they to inform me that refund will be a voucher I would never buy. Even Meesho gives full refund.. these ate deducting Rs 99 also for return. Its a loot.
I am feeling mentally stressed as they have no numbers nor emails..just WhatsApp who reply same stuff over and over.
I want my full refund to my payment source and not voucher.
