I had subscribed to an annual JioFiber plan valid from October 2024 to October 2025, for which the full payment was already made in advance.

However, I have been wrongly billed again for the period 06 August 2025 to 05 September 2025, for an amount of ₹5,399.95, as shown in my latest bill generated on 06 September 2025.

This is a clear case of overcharging, as my annual subscription period has not yet expired.

I had also contacted Jio customer care multiple times and was told that a complaint was registered, but I have not received any message or complaint number till date. The issue remains unresolved.
