I am raising this complaint regarding a recent online purchase from Myntra, which has resulted in non-delivery of my order and serious deficiency in service.

The product has been falsely marked as delivered, whereas I have not received the item.

I would like to clearly state that:

  • I did not receive the product
  • I did not share any 3-digit OTP/PIN with the delivery agent
  • No valid proof of delivery has been provided
During multiple follow-ups with Myntra customer support, I was once connected on a conference call with the delivery agent. During this call, the delivery agent admitted that he marked the order as delivered due to my unavailability and assured that the product would be delivered the next day.

Despite this clear admission:

  • The product has still not been delivered
  • The delivery agent is now unreachable
  • Myntra has failed to take corrective action
Despite repeated complaints since March 16, Myntra continues to provide generic and repetitive responses without resolution. Closing complaints without proper investigation and failing to provide proof of delivery amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

Such actions indicate:

  • False delivery updates
  • Lack of accountability in logistics operations
  • Negligence towards consumer grievances

I request the concerned authorities to:

  • Initiate a formal investigation into this case
  • Take strict action against Myntra for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices
  • Direct Myntra to immediately:
    • Issue a full refund of the amount, OR
    • Ensure immediate delivery of the product
Failing resolution, I reserve the right to escalate this matter further before the appropriate consumer forum.
