- I did not share any 3-digit OTP/PIN with the delivery agent
- No valid proof of delivery has been provided
Despite this clear admission:
- The product has still not been delivered
- The delivery agent is now unreachable
- Myntra has failed to take corrective action
Such actions indicate:
- False delivery updates
- Lack of accountability in logistics operations
- Negligence towards consumer grievances
I request the concerned authorities to:
- Initiate a formal investigation into this case
- Take strict action against Myntra for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices
- Direct Myntra to immediately:
- Issue a full refund of the amount, OR
- Ensure immediate delivery of the product
