Dear Sir,

With reference to the subjected issues, I purchased a HP Laptop from Reliance digital Store situated at Cine mall Vaishali nagar, Ajmer on dated 27th August, 2025 which got shut down due to mechanical issue on 7th September, 2025 ( after 8-9 days) At the same time I conveyed the issue to the reliance store and filed a complaint on HP portal as well where I came to know that the new product sold by Reliance digital store( cine mall) is out of warranty and they denied to replace and entertain or solve the issue for my new purchased laptop from them by saying that it is only a selling point.

How can they sale a out of warranty (New) product ? However their behaviour was also not good, they were not giving proper response while I was there.

Today I am filing this complaint on 9th Sept. as I am not getting reply from Reliance digital store or HP team. I hereby request you to please involve in this case a help me to sort out the issue.

Please check the serial number mentioned on the laptop with the serial number mentioned on the bill.

Apart from this, we have not found any warranty details on the bill, please review.

Dear Sir,

Serial number it self mentioned on the bill “SERIAL NO.: 5CD34975Z7” Requesting you to please check once again.

Regarding the Warranty, it is not mentioned in bill however have received a card of warranty period. Same is mentioned in laptop as well.

Meanwhile, now they have updated warranty on their system but neither I am getting response on repair nor on replacement.
