This is reference to the above subject, I have order for buying a

R Ayurveda Copper 5 liter Green Print copper water cooler pure copper (Green Print Dispenser) with pure copper Glass and metal stand for healthy lifestyle for family on 27th Sep 2025 my order No.171-1234359-2439542, and Payment made through my canara bank debit card account on the same day amount Rs.2,604/- (Rupees two thousand six hundred four only) Material dispatched on 04th Oct 2025, but different product (that is not my order) same has been informed to the Amazon team, and they arranged to pick-up on 06th Oct 2025, and explained the same to the delivery boy he also checked the material and took back the same. Till to-day I am not received the refund amount of Rs.2,599/-(Rupees two thousand five hundred ninety nine only)
