We communicated with customer care exe on Amazon but executive said order is delivered, but we have not received our product...

06.10.25 - i placed order for new poco mobile - order number is 402-4439911-4624352 ...The estimated delivery was 13.10.25 ...
But till 16.10.25 i didn't received the product i contacted customer support and was told it but executive told me it's already delivered but we have not received our product...
I also mail to Amazon on 24.10.25 but still same reply from Amazon...
Today 08.11.25 still not received the parcel yet...
Also find attached invoice copy & mail interaction with Amazon...
Pls help asap...
