Although these sellers do deliver a product—often of substandard quality or different from what was advertised—they do so deliberately to avoid criminal liability, such as being charged under cybercrime laws which typically apply in cases of non-delivery after payment.


As a result, many consumers feel discouraged from pursuing legal remedies, considering the consumer forum process to be cumbersome. However, if a consumer does proceed to file a complaint before the consumer forum and claims substantial compensation—highlighting unfair trade practices, misleading advertisements, and mental harassment—there is a significant possibility of obtaining favorable relief. This is especially true if the seller fails to appear or respond to the proceedings, as the forum may proceed ex parte and grant compensation accordingly.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
