I am Sowmiya reddy I have taken only demo class for spoken English for my son at 13 oct 2025 and followed day counselling session on 14 oct 2025 and made payment for joining classes on my debit card but with out completion of my enrollment i have seen negative feedback on Google and informed team to cancel my enrollment i was not even across to classes they said confirm cancellation on phone i have done many times but they are not responding to my mail and no service and no refund they are wasting time by putting mail reply status as assigned from customer care
Please do the needful my emi got started i need full refund as I didnot even attend class

You attended a demo class for Spoken English with PlanetSpark on 13th October 2025 for your son, followed by a counselling session the very next day on 14th October 2025, after which you made a payment of ₹45,000 via debit card. However, before even completing your enrollment or attending a single regular class, you came across negative reviews about PlanetSpark on Google and immediately requested cancellation.


Despite confirming the cancellation multiple times over calls as instructed by their team, PlanetSpark has neither responded to your emails nor processed the refund. To make things worse, their customer care has been simply marking your emails as "Assigned" without any actual resolution — and your EMI has already started running on a course you never even attended.


This is a deeply unfair situation and you deserve a full refund without any further delay.
