PlanetSpark on
13th October 2025 for your son, followed by a counselling session the very next day on
14th October 2025, after which you made a payment of
₹45,000 via debit card. However, before even completing your enrollment or attending a single regular class, you came across negative reviews about
PlanetSpark on Google and immediately requested cancellation.
Despite confirming the cancellation multiple times over calls as instructed by their team,
PlanetSpark has neither responded to your emails nor processed the refund. To make things worse, their customer care has been simply marking your emails as "Assigned" without any actual resolution — and your EMI has already started running on a course you never even attended.
This is a deeply unfair situation and you deserve a full refund without any further delay.
