Past 2 months raising complaint for poor internet connectivity with Airtel mobile service for all my family numbers (4 numbers in total), even after multiple complaints, they are just getting closed timely for their TAT to complete. However, no action is been taken, over and above the nearest airtel store also I visited and he was also very rude, that network issues will take time to address, you have to wait or move to any other service provider. Its been 2 months I am behind this, however with no mercy the bill is been rightly charged for every month.

NOTE: My neighbours in the same location and same apartment are getting better speed, I have also changed the sim card for all the 4 connections as they suggested.

Thread 'JioFiber Installation Fraudulent'

On the date of 30/03/2025 Jioiber team contact myself Mahika Goswami (30) for internet connect, i agreed for connection. They assured installation on 31/03/2025. Ashish installation techinician came on the same day 31/03/2025 and charged payment by confirming order by KYC registration and payment of Rs. 1111 in Credpay UPI and assured installation will be completed in 1-2hrs. After some time he told us that there is no port so they cannot proeed with the installation. SO we asked for the refund and proceed the cancellation as we wanted jiofiber only. He told us it will get cancelled...
