Respected Sir/Mam,
I am writing this complaint against amazon. I have order certain cosmatic products worth Rs 3386/- from amazon on 4th April 2026. And on 6th April delivery was expected but i have received any product and instead on amazon app products shows delivered. I have tried to call amazon customer support multiple times but they gave me cold response like window for refund or replacement is closed till 13 april 2026 please call after that date. And even i called them after 13 but their answer was sorry may b some system issues we are facing please try after 48 hours they are postponing like this. I am attaching all the related documents and images please verify this. This kind of behaviour is clear service deficiency that cause me financial loss as well as mental harassment.
