I booked ticket from kuppam to hyderabad on 25th dec 2025 , the operator cancelled the ride due to some issue and we received the message regarding cancellation . And the same was confirmed by the driver , he said the ride cancelled due to some X issue , so we requested redbus for refund , the refund didn't happen , it said it would in 1-2 days after checking with operator , and we contacted the next day driver for refund status , he says ride didn't cancel but he was the one who confirmed yesterday it was cancelled . Now since we already arranged another ride after confirmation from driver , we couldn't go along with the ride. Now the ride is completed but we didn't get the refund . . .

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
