Good evening Sir/Mam,
This is with regard to my daughter's fee which I paid Rs.40,000/- for joining in PUC I (2025-26) (fee paid on 23 Apr, 2025).
On 14 June, 2025 I requested to withdraw/not to join my daughter in CBSE (attached is the letter which i have submitted or raised application).
However the admin staff/principal said it will be refunded next month..
Past two months I have been running pillar to post for a refund of my daughter's fee. However school admin/management is not at all bothered about the refund. Every time I ask for a refund of the fee. The admin used to say they will give (pay) by cheque, cash and finally they asked about the bank details for refund, which i have provided them, still refund not done.
I tried all possibilities to connivence the school management and my final hope is relying on the consumer court to get a resolution .

Whenever i go they will not allow me to meet the school principal and they say need to check with admin, Finance department/accounts for refund

Now she is indirectly asking to adjust the fee with another student who is already studying (who is my daughter's friend).
The above (quote and unquote) what they told, I feel they are cooking up the stories and they want to drag for longer time, so that i may fed up and leave the follow up.
Every time I go, the below is the admin dialogue.
1. Need to check with finance/accounts.
2. I have forwarded from my side.
3. Please provide your account details, for credit.
4. We are checking, we don't know how much time it will take or Management has to get the approval.
5. I am helpless, accounts department has to provide the credit.
6. shortly will be credit your account - whenever i call them on their contact number (6362184557/9980751954)
Hence, I am requesting the higher officials to call up to that contact number which I have provided, so that they may react/take action to the complaint.
Finally it is my hard earned money which i paid it for my daughter's fee and hoping for a positive response and resolution.
