Good evening Sir/Mam,

This is with regard to my daughter's fee which I paid Rs.40,000/- for joining in PUC I (2025-26) (fee paid on 23 Apr, 2025).

On 14 June, 2025 I requested to withdraw/not to join my daughter in CBSE (attached is the letter which i have submitted or raised application).

However the admin staff/principal said it will be refunded next month..

Past two months I have been running pillar to post for a refund of my daughter's fee. However school admin/management is not at all bothered about the refund. Every time I ask for a refund of the fee. The admin used to say they will give (pay) by cheque, cash and finally they asked about the bank details for refund, which i have provided them, still refund not done.

I tried all possibilities to connivence the school management and my final hope is relying on the consumer court to get a resolution .

Whenever i go they will not allow me to meet the school principal and they say need to check with admin, Finance department/accounts for refund

Now she is indirectly asking to adjust the fee with another student who is already studying (who is my daughter's friend).

The above (quote and unquote) what they told, I feel they are cooking up the stories and they want to drag for longer time, so that i may fed up and leave the follow up.

Every time I go, the below is the admin dialogue.

1. Need to check with finance/accounts.
2. I have forwarded from my side.
3. Please provide your account details, for credit.
4. We are checking, we don't know how much time it will take or Management has to get the approval.
5. I am helpless, accounts department has to provide the credit.
6. shortly will be credit your account - whenever i call them on their contact number (6362184557/9980751954)


Hence, I am requesting the higher officials to call up to that contact number which I have provided, so that they may react/take action to the complaint.

Finally it is my hard earned money which i paid it for my daughter's fee and hoping for a positive response and resolution.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the Principal of Geethanjali Vidyalaya & Montessori at (geethanjali.vidyalaya@gmail.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to refund the paid amount.

This step not only gives the school a chance to address the issue and refund the amount but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.

Please wait for a reasonable time for their response. If they do not respond or fail to resolve the matter satisfactorily, feel free to reach out to us again. When you do, kindly include a copy of your email to them and any response (if received), so we can guide you on the next steps.

Thanks for your e-mail and understanding my query.

As per your email, I have sent an email to school management and marking email to honorable education minister of Karnataka as well. Even one step ahead I have marked an email to NCH as well.

I am attaching those e-mail for your references. There are four emails sent to school management and I am requesting you to read/go through them thoroughly.

What I personally feel is that school management doesn't monitor or check those e-mail. And I am not sure if there is any staff who is monitoring all incoming/outgoing e-mail and their website also doesn't feel like it's active.

Whenever I go I see only female staff available, so I am a little scared to talk to them. Hence, I am softly speaking to them and not in a demanding way, so that they can understand my situation and refund me. However, they are taking this as an advantage and cooking all the stories.

In this school for PUC 1 science group - they have the NEET or JEE coaching provided by some other institute (jointly they have collaboration). So we have to pay the School fee as Rs, 110,000.00 and for JEE/NEET we have to pay Rs, 150,000.00 to another private institute (Name not known). I see more than 150+ students joined and for these students they have to come to school for only 2 days and rest classes will be taken by that private institute.

So my daughter joined as a regular and the total was 10 students (got admitted for regular classes). Out of ten there were (Physics,Chemistry, Maths & Biology) PCMB - 2 students PCMC (Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Commerce) - 2 and others belongs to pure commerce students.

With this only for 10 students, what are they going to teach/take classes (not known) and they are charging more money? not known, only God knows.

Based on the above I feel for regular students, no classes are going on or if it is really happening well and good. But this is not the kind of environment in which my daughter wants to study
1. There will not be a healthy competitive environment in the school - as only less students are there.
2. No proper communication between the students to understand each other.

Note: the above I came to know when initially school started, before that no one (staff/admin) told this is how the school is taught for PUC1 and PUC2, otherwise I wouldn't have opted or choosen this school for my daughter.
