Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have purchased OLA S1X electric scooty through "OLA Electric" app which was delivered at OLA Store, Sayli Rd, Pathankot on 01 Jul 2024. Vehicle is delivered with fitment of number plate "PB35AM8275" on vehicle and they have collected RTO agent charges also for complete registration process but registration of my electric scooty has not been completed till now as on 07 Aug 25. Whenever I visit the OLA store at Pathankot, they ask to wait for next 2 months. When I ask OLA support through mail they are answering that registration process is complete and provide only vehicle number issued . RTO is saying that they have not submitted your documents that's why your registration is not completed and RC is not printed. Please provide necessary solution as I'm unable to connect owner and any customer desk where my resolution can be provided.
