It has been 17 days since we reported this internet issue, and no resolution has been provided to date. Despite several follow-up emails and phone calls, we have not received any response. Given the lack of support and communication, I am escalating this matter and request immediate intervention, along with appropriate action against the service provider for their continued non-responsiveness.

Still no resolution provided this bloody service provider. Every day they are scheduling an appointment but the will be cancelled by EOD. This is happening from last 1 week. I have sent 100 emails and calls and incident raised but no looked into. I urging you to take stringent action on this company and i wish this company should exist in this country. I am going through such a pain full situation, we need internet badly as my daughter preparing for NEET exams and she definitely requires internet for education.
