On dt. 09/10/2025 I was online ordered a RO named AQUAGAURD ENRICH AURA 2X LIFE RO+UV from eureka forbes app in exchange with my old RO.
on dt 12/10/2025 my order was delivered in a seal box. then I approached eureka forbes customer care for installation.
on dt. 13/10/2025 eureka technician arrived for installation, opened the box & found different product in it,. hence istallation dropped & a register a complain to eureka ltd customer care regarding wrong product delivered.
since 13/10/2025 to till date continuously approaching eureka forbes customer care & sales deptt. for the replacement of wrong product . But till now no action has been taken from eureka forbes ltd.
Consequently, we are suffering from drinking water as my old RO was also taken by company.
plz. either arrange to replace the wrong product or to refund my money with penalty.
actual cost of product= 12999/-
with exchange paid = 9989/-
