Dear Sir/Madam,
I am your airtel black customer (ID - 3066565657) from last 14 months. Before that I am airtel DTH customer (ID - 3026230668). 14 months ago I have converted airtel services from DTH to airtel black. But by mistake-ly on 10/03/26 I have recharge my DTH account with Rs. 1301/- through UPI by my wife account. After recharge immediately I have contacted to airtel customer care for transfer recharge money from DTH to airtel black account but they deny to transfer and ready for refund. As per airtel they refund money on 24/03/26 through same mode by which I have recharge the wrong DTH (ID - 3026230668). But still money is not credited and before this I have shared bank statement with airtel team and I am asking to airtel if you refund the money then share refund details or snap with me but till the date they have not share.
Regarding this I am escalate this issue with customer care executive, refund desk executive, nodal officer, appellate officer and CEO but no will look into my issue.
So, I am writing this mail to you because from last 54 days I am waiting for my refund money.
Here with I am attaching recharge snap with my wife account statement through which recharge has been done. Also attach follow up email chain with airtel customer care + nodal officer + appellate officer + CEO.
Sir requesting you to please look in to and refund my money on priority.
