I am writing to file a complaint regarding a defective and unsafe food product received under Zepto Order No. PQLVJKGWH03336. The product, "Daily Good Life Ragi flour,"(6 packets)was found to be infested with live worms and insects upon opening the package.
This is a serious food safety violation, as consumption of such contaminated flour poses a health hazard to consumers. The product appears to have been either packed in unhygienic conditions, stored improperly, or sold well past a safe shelf life, resulting in infestation.
Relief Sought:
Full refund of the amount paid for this order
Replacement is not acceptable given the food-safety nature of the defect.
Appropriate action against the seller/manufacturer for quality control lapses
Compensation for the inconvenience and potential health risk caused
I request that this matter be investigated and resolved at the earliest. I am attaching photographs+video of the infested product and packaging as evidence.
