I recently purchased an Aquaguard RO filter via Amazon, which includes a two-year warranty. Approximately two months into its use, I have observed a water leak emanating from the right side of the unit. I contacted both Amazon and Eureka Forbes, which is responsible to provide customer service for Aquaguard. From the side of Amazon, they raised a complaint ticket. But Eureka Forbes did nothing to resolve my problem. I want Aquaguard and Eureka Forbes to replace a new filter for me and pay compensation for all the inconvenience caused. For your reference, I have attached the purchase invoice.
