I have ordered acer laptop with 5070 8gb graphic card ans windows 11 home and what I received is windows 11 pro and 5070ti 12gb graphic and also when i tried to extend warranty it says your laptop is refurbished on acer official website when i enter product code. I tried to return by calling customer as well sending mail on ofm@amazon.in no meaning response for return and refund.

What you actually received was a laptop with an RTX 5070Ti 12GB GPU and Windows 11 Pro — both different from what was listed. More alarmingly, when you entered the product code on Acer's official website to extend the warranty, it showed the laptop as refurbished — meaning a potentially used or repaired device was sold to you as brand new at full price.

You reached out to Amazon customer care via calls and emails at ofm@amazon.in, but received no meaningful response regarding return or refund.
